Shiny Hiny Return Policy

We want you to love your Shiny Hiny product. If things don’t go as planned, don’t sweat it.

No Butts About It: If your sunscreen arrives damaged or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges: Since sunscreen is a personal care product, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

How to Start a Return: Email us at shinyhinyproducts@gmail.com with your order number, a quick note about the issue, and photos if needed. We’ll guide you from there.

Refunds: Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
